Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the NEXA Network Minecraft server at spysmp.live, creating an account on https://spysmp.live, or accessing any affiliated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our official Server Rules. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

All participants in the NEXA community must adhere to standards of fair play and respectful interaction:

No Hacked Clients: The use of modified clients, hacked clients, click macros, combat automation, reach extenders, speed hacks, or flight modifications is strictly prohibited.
No Unfair Exploitation: Exploiting duplication bugs, glitching through world boundaries, or taking advantage of unintended plugin behavior will result in an immediate wipe of assets and account suspension.
Respectful Community: Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, impersonating staff members, and severe toxicity will result in permanent removal from all platforms.

3. Virtual Items & Account Ownership

All in-game currency, ranks, crate keys, claiming tools, and virtual items are licensed digital perks intended solely for enjoyment within NEXA Network. They have no real-world financial cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency outside our ecosystem.

NEXA Network reserves the right to manage, adjust, balance, or reset economy balances during planned seasonal wipes with prior community announcement.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to any user who violates these Terms of Service, engages in disruptive behavior, attempts DDoS attacks, or attacks the integrity of our network. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

6. WhatsApp Bot Terms & Conditions

NEXA Network operates an official WhatsApp automation bot ("the Bot") inside connected community group chats. By participating in a group where the Bot is present, you agree to the following conditions:

Automated Moderation: The Bot may silently remove or restrict messages that contain external invite links, offensive language, spam, or content that violates the Server Rules. The same content policy applies whether it is removed by the Bot or a human moderator.
Commands & Rate Limits: Public helper commands (such as .ip, .bedrock, and .tcs) are provided for convenience and are subject to per-group cooldowns to prevent abuse. Continued spamming may result in the sender being muted or removed.
Data Usage: The Bot processes group metadata, sender identifiers, and message context solely to provide moderation, server-status, and community features as described in our Privacy Policy.
Owner & Administrator Immunity: The Bot's owner and authorized bot administrators ("Creator Line") are totally immune from all automated Bot restrictions, rate limits, and enforcement actions. Decisions made by the owner or administrators are final and are not subject to the Bot's automated rules.
No Warranty: The Bot is provided "as is". We are not liable for delayed, failed, or misrouted automated messages, or for any action taken in good faith by the Bot or its administrators.
