NEXA Network ("we", "our", or "the Network") operates the Minecraft multiplayer community accessible at spysmp.live and the web portal at https://spysmp.live. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, and the steps we take to protect your privacy.

We collect only the minimal information required to operate our game servers, authenticate web accounts, and safeguard community members:

  • In-Game Telemetry: Minecraft in-game usernames (IGN), Mojang/Bedrock UUIDs, online status, playtime hours, economy balances, and in-game combat records.
  • Account Registration Data: If you register a web portal account, we collect your chosen username and a securely salted and hashed password (processed using the scrypt algorithm). We never store plaintext passwords.
  • WhatsApp Mobile Telemetry (Optional): If you choose to use our 1-click WhatsApp OTP authentication or contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number is processed locally to transmit one-time verification passcodes.
  • Network & Connection Logs: IP addresses, request timestamps, and user-agent strings are collected in server logs solely for DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, anti-cheat auditing, and ban enforcement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We strictly utilize collected data for authentic operational functions:

  • To allow you to connect to the game server and link your Minecraft account to our web portal.
  • To maintain accurate player statistics, leaderboards, and deliver in-game rewards.
  • To detect and prevent cheating, griefing, automated bots, and unauthorized server access.
